Bending
At VDL Staalservice, we specialise in bending metal sheets. Our professionals can bend sheets of different formats and thicknesses into the desired angle. The press brakes in our extensive machinepark make it possible to bend sheets up to 7.2 metres long under a maximum press force of 800 tons. Based on our experience, any format from small to large can be bent with the same precision and accuracy.
All our press brakes have been recently overhauled and are ready for the future. Fully digitalised and with an integral control system, our operators can use all the press brakes.
