Our long-term approach aims to achieve continuous improvement of processes, projects and products so that we can fulfil the wishes and needs of our customers. This demonstrates our constant search for improvements in order to create higher customer value.

VDL Staalservice can independently conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including visual testing (VT), magnetic testing (MT) and penetrant testing (PT). These techniques are essential to guarantee the quality of the materials, without damaging them. 

We have designed and built a dedicated inspection room, where we can perform magnetic inspections under ultraviolet light. If necessary, we are also supported by a strong and extensive network of external partners in the field of inspection. This means we can always offer you the best solution for your inspection needs.

 Our welding inspector has level 2 inspector certification and has the expertise to accurately conduct and interpret these tests. This guarantees reliable results and extensive reporting, so that you can be sure of the quality of your products.

Using a climate-controlled measuring room with high quality measuring equipment, including a Wenzel 3D measuring bench and two FARO measuring arms, we guarantee that the customer receives products that meet the agreed quality standard. On time, first time right and continuous improvement are part of VDL Staalservice’s DNA.
